It  was  an  excellent  experience  for  me  and  my  family  with  your team  during  our  Kerala  visit  from  16th  to  22nd  Oct. The Car as promised was in a very good condition. The driver AjiMon was well dressed and well mannered. All through our stay, he drove very efficiently and attended to us in the best possible manner. As he is familiar with all the places, all the Hotels, most of the veg. restaurants and all the best shopping spots, he was of very good help to us. We could not see him having any vices like Pan, Guthka, Smoking or liquor. As a guide, he can be trained little more.

In all our experience with your organization and your team have been excellent. I would love you to plan my future South Indian Trips for Kerala OR any other States. Feel free to give my name as reference to anyone from Gujarat or any other place.

Hotels were good. Rooms at Rookmani could be better. The staff there was very supportive. Breakfast was very good.

Cocobay Resort is a very good facility. Little more briefing about Kumarakam could have helped us a lot. Food there was Okey.Boating facilities required huge improvement. Some more guidance from your side would help customers substantially. Unfortunately, we had serious problems on boat when it stopped in the Lake after the dark and could not start for a long. After it started, it could not come to our Hotel and in dark, we had to walk for around half kilometer.

At Kovalam, Hotel Nilkhanth has excellent location but the facility calls for face-lift and the attending staff was lazy. The beach is great.

Hotel Pankaj at Trivandrum has very good location and very good facility. The services can be improved a lot. The Managers had promised to give breakfast in parcel at 6.00 AM (Toast-Butter). Upto 6.30, they could not provide the same and we had to leave without it.

Hotel T&U had a great view at Munnar. Some more guidance would have made the stay more comfortable.

We were received us at the airport by the representative very nicely and were handed over the itinerary and reservation vouchers with complete information. The driver Amol kept the entire tour very interesting and full of enjoyment. The hotel arrangements in Munnar and Kochi were not at all proper. Overall we enjoyed our vacation in houseboat.
