Arrival – get a hearty welcome at Kochi, the anchor point of your spice-tour. Soon after, set out to Thekkady via road... Enjoy the drive at leisure – immersing in green-capped hillocks and gentle streams on the way. After a few hours, you will be greeted with elegant views of the plantations, signaling that the destination is fast approaching. On reaching Thekkady; check in to your Hotel / Resort. Spend the afternoon at ease.

Later, visit the pleasant Periyar Lake and Wildlife Sanctuary. You can also opt for a boating across the Lake to have a ‘live view’ of various wild-inhabitants (Sambars, Elephants, Gaurs, Nilgiri Langurs …) of the Sanctuary. At nightfall, return to your Hotel / Resort for overnight stay.
